Used my own photos, taken locally, and digital artwork. I don't use fancy expensive software, just a couple of old Microsoft ones, plus some arty apps. The boat was moored in Margate Harbour, where there used to a small fishing fleet. But the harbour's been allowed to become silted up. However, the title is intended to be ambiguous. This work is also a comment on overfishing & the EU's inane policies, which have exacerbated the problem.
