A beautiful piece of work Susan! Looking forward to seeign more. What kind of freeware do you use? I would love to try something like that.

I've got a selection of freeware, but I mainly use just two, both Microsoft: Photo Premium & Picture It. But they probably no longer available, as they came with Works Suite 2002 & 2005. Picture It is my main graphic designs package, because it's got a wider range of special effects, which can be very finely tuned & tweaked. Photo Premium I use for some graphic design work that Picture It can't do or if it does, not so well, and general image-editing. I'm looking to upgrade, but haven't found the right package yet.

Digital Art First I created the grid, then there was a lot of cutting & pasting from a selection of backgrounds that I'd created myself using a variety of image-editing software. (Nothing fancy. Mostly freeware.)
