Really like this painting and interested to see a painting done in this medium. I've only recently heard of it and have yet to see any gouache paintings "in the flesh".

A really powerful painting Bob. Love the abstract patterns created by the mauve and cobalt shadows which really make the picture and create both the form and space with masterly understatement.

Thought I would post a departure from my normal watercolours. This one's a Gouache inspired by a trip my brother and family did to the Grand Canyon. He sent me lots of photos which I hope to turn into more paintings of views that he saw. Anyway, this is the first, which I forgot to sign before photographing!
