This watercolour was painted after a lovely walk in Wareham down to the edge of Poole harbour. Most of the greens were mixed from blues and yellows, plus a little use of Hooker's Green and burnt umber for some of the trunks on the left of the lane. Spring was getting going, hence the blossom on one of the trees by the house.
