Very nice sketch, angel of doom. I think positive and I’m positive it’s not going to be a great start but hopefully it will end well.

It has to be better than 2022!

That figure just underscores your vision for the coming year 2023.

Is that the grim reaper or a self portrait Robert....what fun.

2023 not knowing gives you hope. good sketch 😊.

Nice selfie Robert. Are you gardening?

Grim prospects for sure, after covid we thought things can't get worse, but they have. But 2023 is knocking on our doors, we'll have to let him in, and hope he's a decent kind of bloke.

Take each day as it comes and enjoy it. As your text suggests who knows what tomorrow will bring. His face looks kind enough, Mr. Jones. Happy New Year everyone

Love the words as well as the drawing, let's hope you're not right!

The good news Robert, is that you can't enter 2023 until your cheery chum gets out of the way.

Love the dark humour. The figure looks like an uncertain Fred Bloggs who has been set up in a cloak and is not sure why he’s there! Or is that what 2023 will be like?

Great sketch Robert, rather foreboding.

Happy new year Robert! When it comes to the bells and first footing this Hogmanay, I shall be booting 2022 out the back door personally, to make sure it goes!

Great sketch. As you've probably realised I'm having a catch up, have been away and missed out on some of POL.

The New Year is Upon us Two thousand and twenty three; And if that doesn't frighten you, It surely frightens me. Will it be War or Famine? Who the Hell can tell - Best just not imagine: It's still bound to be Hell.
