The Full Sea

This is great Jeannette. It looks very dark and forbidding. Many thanks for your comments on 'Imogen'. I had fun painting her.

You have done a really fantastic job with the waves in the sea. The atmosphere is definitely heavy, and I like the strong perspective leading the eye into the drawing. Lovely to see a drawing on the gallery.

Thank you all so very much for your very kind comments. Val, I have sketched this scene so many times but this one was done in the comfort of my home. I know the scene so well I think I could paint it blindfold! The fingers were getting very painful but worth the effort - I think?
