What a great atmosperic knife painting.Excellent Jeanette both new pieces.

I love the palette you used. What a beautiful and peaceful place has to be.

Beautiful Jeannette. Is this a version of the one you did in watercolour and pastel? I did an acrylic once with a knife, I know what you mean about the feeling of freedom, and best of all, it sold!

A lovely painting, the freedom adds so much to the overall feeling

Lovely warm colours, never tried knife painting (I can hardly handle a brush let alone a knife!!) I thought you had painted something similar to this or am I mistaken.

This is just lovely. The colour in the trees and the shadows. Lovely!

This is the kind of painting that invites you to step into it, I can picture myself heading to some coffee shop or winebar just round the corner out of sight. Great use of colour, Love it

Hi Jeanette, just searching your gallery to thank you for your kind words of encouragement and found a few that I seem to have missed. I love the cool colours in this one, different from your glowing warm paintings. Lovely to see paintings of areas in France as have never been there. Any way I will take your advice about the prices and up the value of my work!! I'll give it a go next year ~~~~~~~~~Love Carole.

I like Ceret very much a lovely town next to the Pyrenees in France. This was painted with a knife. Oil on cavas board. (I enjoyed painting this I like the freedom - love the big old plane trees they have so many of)
