You'd never know you had had a 4 month break from painting looking at this, you're certainly back in the saddle. LOL Love the loose strokes and the restricted palette, very atmospheric.

After a period of 4 months not painting. I managed this pastel using bold quick strokes. (fingers and wrist willing)! Sat outside a cafe taking in the sea sky boats etc. This is my impression of that day. Pastel on Colorfix. 12 x 16"
