Hi Jeannette love the vibrancy and light here. Great pastel work. Best regards Paul.

I like this- another one I missed. Love the hair. Thank you for your comment on "Lavender". The shadow by the church is wrong but it was another experiment in papers. What's the colourfix like?

Lovely portrait. Beautifully done hair and it all has a nice sunny feel to it.

Hi Jeannette. Oddly I think I preferred the original version...I recall that the face had a lovely soft luminescence to it..

Phil, This is Grace not Iris she is still in my portfolio - they are sisters. I hadn't posted this one of Grace previously. Thanks everybody for your comments.

I will learn to read one day...but then perhaps the gallery will let me into your entire gallery...and not just a posting...

Another beauty. You've got the same glow to the face as Iris, and the hair is lovely. Two beautiful granddaughters to be proud of. These are two paintings I'm sure they will treasure when they are old and grey like me!

How beautiful your portraits are, Jeannette! and how beautiful your grandaughters are! Master Pastel work.

Great piece, very lively and fully of emotion, like how you captured her smile.

Beautiful portrait again. I like that purple glow on the hair as you also did with Iris. It really brings it alive.

I like this portrait, lovely skin tones and the hair is really beautifully painted. She's a very pretty grandchild, I'm sure they are your pride and joy.

So sweet, lovely feeling!

You,ve certainly mastered this medium Jeannette, A beautiful girl beautifully captured, very well done. Best wishes, Bill

I like the shine on the hair & the smile on her face you have captured it well. (Did she need sun cream on her face & arms?)

Those I haven't thanked personally. I am always very grateful for your very kind comments.

Yet another wonderful painting. I'm sure in years to come your grandchildren will treasure these. Many thanks for your kind comments.

Very remiss of me playing catch up with the gallery as always Jeannette... a lovely glowing look you found in her face... and in profile, lovely work.
