Said it on the Forum, repeat here: you're doing yourself down - this is an effective painting, and if you're doing it again, maybe shift that tree just a touch leftwards, and lose the fence.

Frank, it was a photo Paul put on the forum last year…I’m trying watercolour again but this became muddy I think. Another go in pastel perhaps. Also, thank you everyone for your further comments.😄

Finally got round to trying Paul’s photo which he offered ( see forum). Mixed media - watercolour plus oil pastel and dry pastel. It didn’t go well, I’ll have another go.
