Thanks Fiona, Heather and Mia. Yes, commission, great relief it's finished, it was a difficult one. It started out out with many more clouds and and a " brown, red" palette. As I progressed it changed to this cooler scene, easier to live with I think.

Yes indeed. Not over keen on Gormley, but this picture hits the spot for me Marjorie. Nice sunset; (Trying to think of the location, it would be sunset I believe!) I especially like the treatment of the wet foreground, never an easy passage in beach scenes. Nice work. John
