Marjorie, I wish I could paint half as good as that and say it still needs finishing, I think it looks really great lovely painting.

Dennis, I don't usually paint in this room but I've had to cover the floor with a large cloth, set up the Still Life and paint here because we've had three grandchildren and parents living with us between house moves. My little room is a bedroom again at the moment. I'm in front of the window and it's quite amusing hearing the comments of people as they pass - I keep my eyes down!

This is marvelous, Marjorie! Great composition and gorgeous colours in the cloth. I particularly like the pots, but the orange is superb. Lovely!

Satu and Jennifer, I do appreciate your comments because I'm having great doubts at the moment - still haven't started painting.....perhaps a coffee will help.

I think it all looks very good Marjorie the flowers and the vase, the folds of the cloth coming on a treat.

Not too much on the vase. Just those finishing "dots". Beautiful. I love the orange, and the colour orange you have used.
