Stunning Marjorie. Of course you had to capture something so beautiful.

This is superb Marjorie.

This is Beautiful!

It is a beauty Marjorie.

Thank you Christine, Stephen, Skylar and Denise. I had to dare myself to try, do you know what I mean?

How beautifully you've painted this, Marjorie but so sad it has gone!

Thats a beautiful tree Marjorie and beautifully done.

Beautifully caught, Marjorie, love the counter changes of light

What a sadness that it has gone but what a wonderful painting you've made of it too.

Now that’s a pleasant surprise on a damp foggy morning. Beautifully captured. The bench looks tricky but you’ve cracked it.

Tremendous tree - so sad - rightly rendered. Thank you for letting us share this beautiful uplifting image, ❤️

A charmingly, optimistic, painting Marjorie with lovely tonal use.

Beautiful, lovely dappled sunlight Marjorie, shame the tree was felled.

Like this very much Marjorie.

Your colouring has caught that spring feeling Marjorie, beautiful range greys as well.

Thanks everyone for your comments - it must seem a strange subject to paint right now….Spring seems ages away, must find something more topical!

Sadly the tree was felled last July but luckily I captured it on camera. Painted over Christmas, had to do it! Oil on canvas.
