Stunning pen work Lewis and great imagination.

I have seen quite a lot of your work now and I am still amazed at your imagination . Great work.

Amazing doodle Lew. Your imagination really know no bounds .

Tremendous work, Lewis, and such detail. You have a fertile imagination and an eye for the grotesque. Marvellous. Brian

Some super characters amongst this lot Lew. There must be a lot going on in your mind!

Your patience almost matches your skill and imagination Lewis. Incredible work.

Amazing another beauty Lewis

Your imagination never ceases to amaze.

Love them although haven't a clue what steam punk is.

The only "steam punk" I've tried is the gin.

I love it Lewis, and want to see more of your steam punk woman, very good work.

Love your pen and ink 'doodles', Lewis, so much to look at in this one!

As always Lewis. What a talent, always something different.

Wow, I wish I could doodle like that!

Just superb pen and ink drawing, a real wow once again, Lewis, thanks for sharing your work...lifts my day to a new inspiring level.

What an imagination you have Lewis. Another brilliant piece. You should be illustrating fantasy comics!

Thanks everyone, your kind comments always provide a boost to get me going. A couple are puzzled by 'steam punk'. I'd only known it as a type of fantasy novel. Roughly, things got stuck with the steam engine, ever more elaborate steam machines being invented. Great illustrations went with it. Apparently it's now a life-style choice, with people dressing up in fantasy gear that always has bits of machinery, clocks, etc, decorating it.

I love the steampunk fashions Lewis.....if I were a few years younger! This magic.

It’s another beauty Lewis

Fantastic fantasy doodle would be my choice of title . Enjoyed the design , admired the skill

A more careful doodle from my A3 sketchbook. It has a theme, starting with the Grecian style woman on the left and her metallic counterpart on the right. So it's a mix of organic and metallic objects, I stuck a steam-punk woman in the middle (she's organic but dressed in metal bits.) I like doing these, I've shown others, but not this one. It was done about a year ago, and, although I drew it, I'm noticing things I'd forgotten I'd put in. Pen and wash.
