Lewis I do not see a problem with smalll piece, it might look larger but at least we can see the details. The real problem I feel is when I uploaded a large or very large piece of work its so compressed much of the detail is lost. Another part of the problem would be the MB’s in the upload you are putting up. Then again not enough bites a large piece will be poor anyway. Therefore what I do is upload the full image and also one or two detail cropped pieces. So its wings and roundabouts.

From my sketchbook...kind of doodling really. Not a properly composed picture. I was trying to depict people thinking, one or two are ok. Great fun just idly drawing in this way. Pen and ink, 12 x 16 inch sketchbook.
