I think a lot of people might have to play Scrooge this Christmas Lewis as your marvelous Character shown here. ☹️

Timing isn't everything - another v good drawing!

A real character.

Always love a great Scrooge Lew. A Christmas Carol is my favourite Dickens and has to be watched each year, otherwise it ain’t Christmas! A little early as you say but what the heck.

Excellent drawing skills once again Lew…

He may well have read the news Lew and be giving his view on the government. Super sketch.

Bah! Never too early for one of your drawings Lew.

Mr Universe!!

He's a great character Lewis.

Superb Lewis, maybe apt now not just Christmas!

Thanks to all for your comments. Much appreciated. I hadn't thought we'll all be forced to become more Scrooge-like....hope not.

Wow Lewis that’s a mouth and a half. Brilliant as always.

What a face! Brilliant Lewis at any time of the year.

Just look at those tonsils....

What a character- brilliant drawing, Lewis!

It’s never too early for a good Humbug Lewis.

Thanks again to everyone for having a look and commenting. It's hugely encouraging.

I used to love humbugs as a child. I don’t think they did my teeth much good though! Great drawing Lewis!

Great sketch.

Love this, Lewis - personality and attitude in spades!

Brilliant Lewis. Lovely coloured pencil work. A great scrooge. Funny enough I'm still painting mine end part of the film.. 😁

This is brilliant Lewis. I think a lot of us will need to be Scrooge like this Christmas. Wonderful drawing!

After my rant I needed to draw something I like. My bodyclock must be on the fritz, I recently posted a Halloween pic too early and now a Scrooge...something I usually do in December. Maybe I'm still ranting. Here Scrooge has got as far as 'HUM' in the word 'HUMBUG'. Maybe I'll save the 'BUG' bit for December. Dark Indigo Faber coloured pencil.

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
