Great clown character Lew , ohh sorry it him isn’t it . The don’t wants be wants be he changes his mind so often.

Some people seem to have a face that invites caricature, and this is one! Love the look, and especially the egg splat. 👏🏼

Very good Lewis, instantly recognisable.

Great drawing Lew, you’ve captured him well … Future Tory party leader at an educated guess!

Wonderful character and delicious egg splat

Thanks for your comments. Sorry to inflict this on you, we all know things need to change, but, like me, you must be weary of politician-speak. Alan has pinpointed my worry, this fella will jump on any band-wagon that improves his chances. If the Tory's do get flounced, they'll be looking for a new leader. This fella? Surely not! But they did choose Liz Trust despite all the warnings, and they chose Boris...who could have imagined that? Very worrying for the future. But enough of this...no more election guff from me.

The former leader of the Wrecks It Party. Recognised him straight away. Like many of you fans I would welcome more election guff, we need some relief as election fever gripes the nation.

We have a healthy tradition in this country of satirising our politicians so keep it up Lewis. Oh and I recognised the ‘snake oil salesman’ immediately.

Great sketch Lew , the face says it all.☹️

Surely not, even worse than Rishy and Keir!

Brilliant ! (the painting not the person )

Excellent Lewis. I appreciate the likeness and some of the messages, like the egg splat and the numerous rosettes.

Superb caricature Lewis. Love the hang dog expression.

Instantly recognisable Lewis, he makes a perfect caricature and you do them so well.

Brilliant Lewis! Instantly recognisable. Hopefully he will look that glum after the election but I am not so sure. Unfortunately I think Alan may be right and he becomes the next Tory leader. Perfect satire.

Excellent political satire. Hope he gets some more egg splats in the election! I'm following from a distance, with interest.

Good one Lewis. Instantly recognisable. Love the egg splat.

It is very tempting to give a name to him that is not very flattering, but I will restrain myself this time. Well portrayed though!

Hey! I'm not so sure! Brilliant painting!

Its a brilliant likeness ....

SOOooooooo good, Lewis.!

A future prime-minister?? No, no, no. But then I felt the same about Boris. No more of this from me, it's all too surreal. Coloured pencil.

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
