Kim - you're back from the mountains! Lovely to see a posting from you on the gallery after such a long break. This one is charming with the baby chamois looking suitably quizzical as if it had never come across a human before (and it probably hadn't). It is always such a honour when a wild animal stops for a while and shares some space with us. Lovely loose painting in your usual stunning style.

Dear Friends, many thanks for your warm welcome. A few of you may have seen my recent stuff elsewhere, so apologies to you for any potential future repeats. The chamois is just a trifle (creature and painting) but I was pleased with how the work stayed fresh - like the memory.

Welcome back, Kim! Lovely piece - superb use of shapes and tones, lovely clear washes and the backdrop is beautifully captured.

Yay - welcome back Kim, missed your work. This one's a beauty - love how you have tilted the head - gives an inquisitive feeling to the deer's character. Also like the quite restricted pallet of greens, blues and browns - really give a goo sense of woodland atmosphere.
