Lovely sketch 😊

I agree, not surprised it was selected for the exhibition. Very very good.

Thanks very much for the kind comments!

A beautiful, simple, design with a very potent message. Love it Jenny.

Well done you Jenny and deservedly so.

Good luck with this Jenny. It's a really good illustration and worthy of inclusion in the exhibition.

Thank you, Carole, Heather and George, comments appreciated!

Excellent cause and excellent painting Jenny.

Thanks, Fiona!

Well done Jenny and super neat painting too.

Thank you, Frank!

It’s not just the painting that make your picture, the drawing is an integral part of the composition and without that skill the whole thing would fall apart. You have given us a good example of this Jenny.

Thanks, Frank, for your thoughtful comment. (Much as I like adding the colour, it’s the design element that I most enjoy.)

This is excellent Jenny, and congratulations on some very well deserved recognition.

Following encouraging comments when I posted this on the gallery earlier this year I decided to enter it for the 2021 ‘Sketch for Survival’ competition and was delighted when it was chosen for inclusion in their exhibition currently taking place at the OXO Gallery in London. All work has been donated by the artists and is being auctioned in aid of schemes for the preservation of endangered wildlife. A virtual tour of the exhibition is available at bit.ly/OXOGallery if anyone’s interested in seeing it.
