Carole you never fail to impress, this is stunning. The textures of the background could represent all the habitats that you would find these beautiful flowers. And they light up the painting, especially with their touch of bling! Gorgeous Carole. 👍🤗

This is superb Carole. I used to think hellebores a bit dull, but bought one a few years ago and now have half a dozen growing well and giving colour that’s usually missing in the garden at this time of year. I love them and love this!

Bull by the horns today, down to some painting! As suggested by Fiona, hellebore with bling :) 🌟🌟…..watercolour, gold leaf, Schmincke gold powder, acrylic ink and Indian ink.
