Beautiful, lovely palette, love the loose approach!

It does look nice Fiona - love the palette and the lively marks!

It’s excellent Fiona , I do love the way you paint .

Wow that's really good Fiona in every way and my favourite tree. I used to have a business called Rowan back in the day. The painting really is very good!

A super result Fiona.

Like those random dark markings Fiona, and the colours work well together.

Well, I think you've chucked everything in the right direction, Fiona. It works well.

A very interesting abstract paint8ng of the Rowan tree Fiona.

Very effective, like the looseness of this.

A lovely palette and dark line for this Rowen tree Fiona, the colour mixes certainly turned out well!

A good result - an interesting semi-abstract!

Lively and lush, love this

Lovely tones and shades Fiona.

Well, the being miffed approach has worked well!

I can’t see the wood for the trees… Literally in this instance Fiona… More emphasis on the two more prominent trunks, and let some light in…needed a focal point but there are some nice touches within all that foliage!

Such movement in this, gorgeous palette too. An absolute delight Fiona.

That’s beautiful Fiona..

Well it works for me even if it wasn't what you intended. I love the colours.

Thank you all for your encouraging comments. Appreciate you taking time to look and leave your thoughts.

Still better than my rubbish!😂👍

William, you do not do rubbish! Thank you 🙏

Beautiful and evocative painting, Fiona!

Many thanks Cesare.

12”x9” mixed media on Two Rivers paper. Yet again, what started off as a loose and simple watercolour from my Conte sketch I posted recently, it went pear shaped rapidly. So my remedy as always….chuck a bit of everything at it…..I’m miffed, to say the least. Again!
