Love the looseness of the excellent painting Fiona .

Great loose painting Fiona. Expressed with a lovely spontaneity.

Lovely brush marks and contrasts as always Fiona.

Beautiful painting, very cleverly done with not too much information.

Yes, good one Fiona.

You're going to get there Fiona. Your style has changed a bit, do you think? This is a lovely sketch.

Nice clean washes and colours Fiona.

Really lovely.

Love that patch of Burnt Sienna against the blue of the sky, the bare trees look like guardians of the path.

Paul, Carole, Carole, Jill, Diane.....thank you very much for your lovely feedback. Thanks Marjorie, yes it has. I’ve been looking through the first years paintings that I posted to see which ones I will re-visit, and one thing I’ve noticed about them is that they are very ‘carefully’ done. Not done well, because they are rubbish but there is no life in them. Many thanks, Alan, Denise and Hilary for your kind comments.

Thanks Stephen, it’s a favourite combination in watercolour.

Like the colours and the looseness, Fiona

I really like this, Fiona - lovely!

Lovely lively sketch, Fiona. I also like that warm patch of burnt sienna against the blue.

Beautifully loose and I like the silhouetted trees, Fiona.

You do these so well Fiona, looks so simple, yet every mark counts.

Thank you all...Maureen, Anne, Heather, jenny, Mia, George, Michael for your continued encouragement.o

Love the colours and the way you've painted this one Fiona. Recognisably yours!

12”x12” watercolour in sketchbook. Number 32 in the countdown is the view across the field at the back of the house. The trees now bare, are often silhouetted against the skyline.
