Moo Coo in the Paddock

What a fun painting Fiona, I like the colours and the title it’s really brightened up my day. Not sure that you intended me to have a smile at it but thanks for that.

They certainly do Fiona and your painting shows them delightfully

Just delightful Fiona.

Sculpture too - so clever, Fiona, (though she looks a bit fierce!). Lovely picture and I like all the varied, tangled undergrowth too.

This has an intriguing almost abstract feel. Am I seeing a couple of rabbits in the middle foreground, or is that me seeing things that aren't there?

Thanks very much Paul, Dennis, Denise, Anne, Lewis .....trying to get out even when the weather is wild. The garden is as far as I want to venture, just a bit of fun!

This is really a lot of fun Fiona, I love your garden sculpture.

Great fun - great painting Fiona.

The sculptor looks great in the wild part of the garden , Fiona.

Love your sense of fun Fiona and the shapes and marks of that colourful foliage.

Gorgeous interplay with colours and shapes. I also like the fact you have made sculptures around your garden. We dug a pond this year.

Made me smile!

Hilary, Shaun, Ronald, Carole, Gudrun and Katy thank you for lovely comments, glad you like her. Gudrun, what will be your winter project?

Lovely colour full and loose Fiona, i bet you enjoyed doing this, i can see so many animals and a bird also a yellow green fish bottom left............am i loosing it Fiona or was something in my tea this morning????!!!!

Love your sculpture Fiona. The background is fantastic too.

This made me smile. I love the way you have depicted the undergrowth, it looks great.

A Greet hairy beasty Fiona, love it, that has really put a smile on my face, love the pallet and all the tangles, nice one twice over.

Interesting painting again Fiona and the sculpture looks of interest also. What paper is this?

Haha David, yes since Lewis mentioned spotting two bunny rabbits in the foreground I’ve been looking at what else has snuck in there.....so if you’re losing it, you’re not alone! Thank you. Carole, Jacqueline, Malcolm, thank you very much. George it’s Arches NOT paper. I scrounge old rusty barbed wire and other bits off the farmers scrap heaps before they have it taken away. Thee are all kinds of bit of rubbish welded together in the garden. Thanks for your comment.

This is fun, Fiona - and love all the foreground textures and colours.

Many thanks Jenny! It was fun, I just sloshed it around and had a Scribble or two....lol

Another mixed media sketch from the garden. One of my home made rusty metal sculptures of what is suppose to be the head of a healan coo! I have a few scattered about in the paddock in the wildlife part, they look effective grazing in the long grass and wildflowers.
