I'm shifting from Earthsea to Lord of the Rings, but not sure.

Just looked on forum Fiona and guess Lew and others are right just not sure which book.

Would say this is definitely The Hobbit, Fiona - Smaug the dragon and the lonely mountain.

I thought it was too easy......lol. The lollipop goes to Jenny, it’s the Hobbit....thank you Linda, Lew and Jenny.

I sort of guessed but having never read the Hobbit I wasn't sure. It's a good sketch and I wouldn't fancy meeting that dragon! I'm more of a reader of crime Val McDermid type books, one of which I'm half way through at the moment. The more murders the better!!

Thanks Louise, it is a bit obvious...it’s a good challenge though. Yes, I like crime novels, I’ve read most of her books, very good. Have you read any of John Connolly’s or Chris Mooney? Two very good writers.

I'll look out for those two Fiona. Mark Billingham writes good 'uns as well! Not easy to illustrate though :)

The John Connolly novels start with, ‘every dead thing’ they are the Charlie Parker series. Have a little bit of a supernatural element in them. Chris Mooney’s books are all murder, death, kill! Both are set in the states, although I believe John Connolly is from Ireland.

Thanks Paul, I agree about the book.

Sketchbook and pencil. A relatively easy one to guess, I think.
