Yearning for spring

Arches is one of the best but at quite a cost - nevertheless you have done it full justice with this lovely springy (is there such a word? ) watercolour

Fiona - lovely painting. I too use Arches for florals, hot pressed, it is a good paper but as Michael says costly! Can't wait for Spring, my favourite time.

It's raining heavily here and quite cold so it was a joy to see this lovely Spring painting reminding us all it's not too far away now.

The title made me smile, Fiona - brought me back to the days when I lived in London! It's lovely - has a subtle and crisp spring atmosphere.
