A really atmospheric painting Paul, impressive work!

That’s just lovely Paul. You’ve certainly caught that early morning misty feel.

Beautifully understated woodland, yes, impressive.

Great atmosphere and that light is lovely

Thank you for your kind comments, particularly as I was not to sure of this painting.

Love your play with light Paul.

Beautiful tones and structures. This style I can only wish to try to attain. Very good indeed.

Lovely painting.

A very good atmospheric painting Paul

Thank you very much for the kind comments. Ceri you have some fine painting in your gallery, time and practice helps to change how you paint.

I look at that image and I wish I was there now on a misty, crisp day !!!

Many thanks Richard, it’s a bit damp and dreary here at the moment. The problem I have is I spend so much time at Pulpit it’s too easy to take it for granted, I need to do painting or drawing there more often as I make me appreciate what I see.

Excellent use of colour Paul, well done!.

Thank you Pete and Margaret you comments mean a lot.

Spontaneous loose style which is very effective. The light is great Paul.

What a beautiful calm, peaceful painting. Just what we all need in todays hustle and bustle.

Thank you Dorothea, Lynn and John for your kind comments.

A rather splendid painting Paul that teases the senses. I feel the magical atmosphere of the sun rising and sense the misty chill on this early morning, crisp winter's scene.

Lovely delicate painting Paul.

Love how you work the light Paul.

Love how you paint so loose, very effective! great colours Paul.

Thank you for all your kind comments.
