Love the title Paul, and lovely recession achieved in the flowers, beautifully painted

How buzzy are you? A happy sign of things to come.

Great title and lovely painting

Cheryl , Sylvia and Heather thank you so much for your encouraging comments, I must get into doing more of these close paintings as it was such fun .

i love your 'speed dating' with waste left, I think about this every time I rinse my palette completely under clean water after each use 😁

Very good idea and painting Dixie. Sometimes the unplanned is good and this works well.

Very effesctive Paul. Well painted. I hope your fingers are a bit better after your OP.

Tanja , Tessa and George thank you for your comments I appreciate them. Yes George my hand are work really well and the best they have been for many years , so definitely a successful operation.

Funny how paintings like this can turn out so well. Lovely Paul.

Thank you Christine, I agree I do think it’s because we are not stressed or have a expectation of what it should be like .

Very effective Paul….waste not want not.

What a lovely spontaneous result Paul.

A4 watercolour done in gem minutes on very wet paper using the waste left in the pallet. Very enjoyable and really relaxing as I had no idea what I was going to paint , just let it happen. Don’t know where the idea or the inspiration came from but it certainly worth doing .
