I like how you have added the colour Paul. Gives this a new lease of life.

Nice mix of boats well drawn👌

Great wrecks of boats Paul, and the addition of colour sets it off well

The colour adds to a great picture.

I like both versions too Paul

Great shapes and angles Dixie.

Thank you all for the kind comments.

I'm torn between the mono version and this one. Think I like both for different reasons.

Thank you Andrew and George , I’m of the same mind Andrew , like each one for different reasons.

Very good Paul.

Like them both , this is really good !

Very natural setting and colours

Thank you all for your kind comments.

The colours give it more energy I feel, Paul. Great format too.

Looks like Pin Mill, one of my favourite places, and a very good painting.

You are good at painting boats Paul!

David and Romila thank you for the kind comments. Yes it’s near the Pin Mill such an iconic place for boat enthusiast especially Thames Sailing Barges.

Yes to the colour! Makes all the difference.

Thanks Sandra, you did mention you thought it would look better with added colour.

I like the added colour but what attracts me is the “rhythm” of the shapes.

Thank you Marjorie, I think it’s the rhythm of shapes as you call it that is attracting in both versions.
