Early morning on the Orwell.
A3 paper , watercolour of a Tames barge on the river Orwell early morning . I used the old method of stretching the paper as I haven’t done so for ages. Most of the painting was done on quite wet paper, it wax interesting to see how the paper behaved due to the stretching . I pleased with the outcome as it was mainly the stretching that I was interested in , so I was relaxed about the actual painting process.
