I need to sort one or two areas which I can see now it’s on here. Thank you Louise. It’s a good job the paper I used can take a battering. Thank you Alan. I hoped I could do this with less scrubbing and braver application of washes. I’m ok with my darks but the mid tones tend to be too weak and need several goes!! Thank you Dawn and Jim. These large paintings do get through some paint!!

Hello Carole and thank you. After several years of watercolour work, I have got to a stage where I can save pieces from the bin .... in some cases😄 Thank you Linda. I certainly had a few moments and it came close to the bin. Things improved when I abandoned the reference photo. Thank you Thalia. I had a review of it today and filled a few gaps, added some highlights and dealt with the bottom left shadow. Happier now Thank you Margaret. I really appreciate your kind comment
