Brilliant drawings.

Thank you Faye. Unusual for me not to be covered in paint. Thank you Lewis. Good of you to comment

Another brilliant one Diana!!

Thank you Audrey. Finished work is exciting because it signals the start of a new one

Dry good indeed!

Meant to be very, not dry.

Gorgeous painting

They look fantastic together Diana.

Truly beautiful Diana and I love the subtle watercolour.

These are 2 beauties if that's not a strange thing to say but there is a beauty in death isn't here? Am going to put a post up on this subject to see what everyone thinks

Thanks for looking Linda. I appreciate it. Thank you Romila. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder… they say. Thank you Denise. Groups of work Compliment each other. Thank you Diane. I wanted to soften the drawing and also add the tiny bit of blue. In reality, the feathers were brilliant blue but I didn’t want to spend hours drawing only to ruin it by adding sting colour that didn’t work. Thank you Heather. I agree with you. However, Mary Beard’s programme the other night was pushing it !

Truly amazing work, Diana. I can hardly take my eyes off themm. Bri

Thank you Brian. That’s such a rewarding compliment.

I like this Diane, your excellent drawing skill is demonstrated so well on this piece of artwork. More please , I like it because it’s different and do well done.

Diana your painting and illustrations are always excellent. The subject matters are so interesting and different too. Your latest of the two carrions show the diversity of your work. Looking so three dimensional and scary but somehow I am drawn to them! Very well done.

Just beautiful, Diana.

Thank you Paul. I have some ideas for the next ones but if I’m not careful will become the painters online artists of death 😂

That’s such a wonderful compliment Vicky. I admire artists who have such passion for a subject and medium that they devote their creativity to it. I work in fits and starts , seeing something that grabs my attention for a while then after another image calls me , I will often return to an older favourite. I am so grateful for your interest in these drawings Ellen.

Fantastically good, so clever Diana.

These are fabulous

Keep seeing more and more in this. Even more fascinating.
