What a beautiful bouquet, Diana and you painted it so full of spontaneity.

I agree with Mia. Very fresh and full of life Diana.

Thank you Mia and Carole. . look at it with slight embarrassment because in my eyes it’s pretty rough but it’s a change to post something where I can see a mass of faults.

Your bouquet is so full of life Diana it could only have been painted from life, gorgeous.

Love the 'wildness' of the group Diana. Great darks that make the flowers 'jump' forward. So loose so vibrant.

Lovely vibrant painting of these beautiful tulips.

Lucky you Diana! A beauty.

Beautiful flowers, Diana, I like the dark strokes.

Thank you all for taking the time to leave your generous comments. I Enjoyed my time painting these despite being less than impressed with the outcome. I might even try again as I love to work on projects that need improving.

A cascade of colour and flowers Diana. Hope that your ankle is much better now.

Thank you Sarah. It’s improving and I’ve been for a potter in the beautiful sunshine.

Just spotted this Diana. I love the dark green with the tulips. A lovely present!! I want to congratulate you on your paintings published in "The Art of Watercolour". What an achievement ! One was of red onions and the other one was bottles. Both were fantastic. You must be very proud. Well done girl! xx

Hello Jennifer and thank you. I love that magazine and the readers competition entries are phenomenal. I have been so lucky to have had a few paintings featured. Very proud.
