Great recession and lighting.

Just simply lovely David

Very impressive, David. Lots of depth in it!

Beautifully painted David, your choice of colours is excellent.

Nicely painted scenery, I like the blue purple colour.

Very beautiful.

Love the distance and depth you have achieved David. A beautiful scene so well painted in your lovely seductive style.

Good light effects and tonal recession David.

Thank you so much everyone for your lovely supportive comments, it is really appreciated. Kwok, the mix is F.U + Light R + a touch of Cad Red and that was laid down on a weak Raw Sienna. Then i dropped in a weak L.R . The train smoke was taken out with a damp brush when dry. Hope this helps.

Super watercolour David.

Beautiful, David.

Love the colour scheme - and veru well painted.

Watercolour 20”x 27” This painting is the view from the bridge at the junction of the A4085 and A498 looking toward Beddgelert up the Aberglaslyn Pass. Like most scenes we come across as Artists, they may have to be simplified and perhaps adjust the colours to suit us, as I have done here. The Ffestiniog steam train is just coming out of the tunnel. The river is mainly F. Ultra, with a Winsor Blue glaze.
