I’m overwhelmed with all your lovely comments as I thought the painting was a bit unrefined. It’s the way kids have such gusto when devouring sweets etc. that is so amusing and worthwhile trying to capture. No Marjorie it isn’t my granddaughter, just a couple of typical kids on the beach.

Carole- sorry for slow comment, have only just seen this…I love the composition, and the Red umbrella with the Red echoed in the child’s shorts and T shirt! Clever🧚‍♀️
