Thanks to all for all the positive comments but I'm going through a somewhat negative phase right now and questioning my ability... Copying artists I admire is all very well but that doesn't make a good artist. When I do try to create something original (usually from a photograph) I end up getting bogged down in detail. I don't think I have the imagination to create artwork in my head and get it down on canvas. Help!
