Stunning!

Wow! That was quick, David. Thank you very much for the generous comment. Bri

Spectacular Brian, I can hear the crash of the waves.

Fabulous work, Brian.

Thank you very much, Margaret and Dennis, for the kind words of support. Always appreciated. Bri

That’s some fantastic wave Brian. Love the way you have painted the sea, not an easy task. We’re so lucky to have such a dramatic coastline for inspiration.

Magnificent surf Brian!

Another superb painting Brian, brilliantly done. You have great skills Bri.

Thank you very much indeed, Carole, Fiona and Russell, for the amazing comments. Very much appreciated. Yes, the coastline is inspirational, Carole, all the way up to the Scottish border and beyond. I think the North East Coast, in general, has some spectacular scenery. That's a great compliment, Russell. Nearly fell off my chair. Best to all Bri

Thank you very much, Linda, for the kind encouragement. Appreciated. Bri

Beautiful light on the water, you do these so well Brian.

Thank you very much for the "light" comment, Carole. Much appreciated, as always. Bri

Fabulous work Brian, top drawer.

Thank you very much, Alan, for the highly encouraging comments. Always appreciated. Bri

Oh wow Bri this is gorgeous! Coincidentally my last painting was of waves, I have treated myself to some acrylics which I've never used before so I am on a big learning curve at the moment, it's fun though!

Thank you very much, Margaret, for the super comments. Always very much appreciated. I'm so pleased you're enjoying seascapes just now, because they ARE great fun, and very magnetic. I keep going back to them but I was more or less brought up by the sea. Spent my first twenty years in and around the North Sea. I'll see if I can find your latest. Must've missed it. Bri

Terrific Brian, I can hear the surf crashing!

Thank you very much, Paul, for the kind comments. Delighted you liked. Bri

oil on canvas board 406 x 305 mms. Another painting of South Shields main beach as the tides surges in and over the north tip of Trow rock. My Three Sisters painting (recently posted) is on the south side of Trow. It's essentially wet in wet, with a few highlights added later.
