I didn’t intend for this to up as a painting, it started as two experiments one on how to get a softer effect around the cyclist hair and the other on using a different colour palette. Luckily I still did my drawing with the subjects in a similar position as the original picture. As I progressed I saw the opportunity to produce a more abstract version of the painting I did yesterday and hay ho this is the result.
