I take lots of photos whenever I go out and have a large collection on my hard drive under the title photos for paintings. Inevitably that's where most of them stay but recently I have searched though this collection and today I have painted from a photo I took Two maybe three years ago. It's on Arches 90lb half imperial rough paper. I think I have slightly overworked it but am pleased with my mornings work.
