Yes, the old farmhouse with derelict roof and shed has worked out effectively as keeping the surrounds and distant white buildings within a radius ....the shadow blends well with the fascia of the old farmhouse. Nice work Alan!

I posted one earlier but have binned it, John kindly reminded me of something that I already knew… as in totally overworked and frankly not even fit for the bin. It happens of course and we move on. This is a sketch that I’ve given more thought to, and kept the washes clean… and not overdone the pen work!
