That’s quite a sketchbook, great to see them together.

Nice to be able to compare them and maybe pick a favourite - second one down on the left for me because of the lovely colours in the washes.

This is a great way of presenting your sketches - any one of which would make a fine full-scale painting, although you could frame any one of them as sketches and proudly hang them on your walls: they have a freshness and charm all their own; which you wouldn't have thought very likely for basically industrial settings - but there's beauty to be found in almost anything, the challenge is to show it without sentimentalizing the reality; a challenge which, of course, you more than meet.

What you call sketches, most of us would be delighted if our final versions were half so expressive. A super collection, there's definitely a Bickley style.

What a fabulous collection, yet each one works well on its own too.

What a wonderful collection of sketches, something to look back on and this is something you could frame and would make a great picture of memories! Something Alwyn would have done and this is something I’m going to try and do much more of. Great work again Alan, sorry I’m trying to catch up on what I have missed due to ongoing issues?
