They just get better Alan , you certainly have the knack of simplifying a scene but still retain the character etc .

Lovely sketch Alan, the perspective worked out really well with the loch and deep depth where the water is pouring into the canal. The shadows upon the houses and in the canal certainly show the variants in fine detail...must have been quite a challenge as the greys lift out in fine degrees..
