No mistaking the style. Excellent painting.

Love the pearlescent light in this Alan. The white sails make a striking point of interest, as does the windmill. Beautifully simple in execution but attention grabbing.

I love the colours you have used in this, it's a beautiful painting.

Wish I was brave enough to be so successfully, minimalistic. Just perfect Alan.

Instantly recognisable style Alan. Another beautiful one!

Lovely misty light and stand out focal point.

Aah sublime Alan just sublime

I'm enjoying your splendid new series Alan.

Viewing A great piece of landscape might be more than Going on holiday.

Delightfully simple Alan!

Simply beautiful Alan! Another beauty.

Lovely light filled work Alan, almost watercolourish.

Although I’ve been on a boating holiday on the Broads, I didn’t have the experience of sailing on one of these traditional Wherry boats - I’ve kept this composition really simple, concentrating on the atmosphere of these unique waterways, with the white sail taking centre stage as the prominent focal point, the other smaller white sail of a yacht and windmill were added for composition balance. Oil on Jackson’s canvas/MDF board 40x50cm.
