Love the painting Alan, great foreground with the different tones and the little white specks in the distance add interest and draws the eye. Love it.

Lovely feeling of space Alan, your treatment of the distant landscape is spot on. Just enough detail without distracting the eye, excellent painting.

Hang on Studio Wall

30 x 40cm oil on board. Same MO as the previous one. This is from the footpath the other side of the breakwater though, just as interesting. As with the last one, I've only loosely indicated the buildings, my focus was towards the top beach above the Life-boat station.
