They’ve all gone, mine also!
They’ve all gone, mine also!
Alan Bickley on 19/09/2019 19:35:24 Mine too, although I can find some through clicking on my comments,  on my account.
There doesn't appear to be 'Latest' post facility here in the forum on my screen.

I don’t think it’s there anymore Michael, it’s a matter of scrolling down to see the different headings and work it out from there!

Alan Bickley on 19/09/2019 17:05:17 I thought the same, but I've just found that if you scroll almost to the bottom the latest polls show up... I'm still experimenting and being brave, thought this might help you.  "slowly slowly catches the worm"  or thread in this case... Big smile...
Hi Everyone, Just thought I’d add my tuppence worth. Having worked in software development for many years I do actually understand all your frustrations at the new site. Software and web developers can be a strange breed ;-) As they are so close to what they do they can become a bit blinkered to how non-techies struggle with technology sometimes. If there are features you miss, or new ones you would like you really will have to contact Dawn who will be in contact with the devs. Nothing is ‘complete’ when delivered and it should be fairy quick for agreed improvements to come along. (Do hope I’m not speaking out of turn here, Dawn). Anyway, it might be a good idea to post instructions for anything we discover ‘how to do’ on the forums, like Lew has done with the Wall. That way we can help each other adjust.  Btw, when you log in there is a checkbox to be remembered for a week, which should help relieve some frustration. I’m guessing the limit is due to security issues. Aud
Someone has just added 10, today, so I'm assuming the limit has changed or hasn't been fixed.
Ron Goodwin on 19/09/2019 15:55:05 These have now been deleted by the artist in question! The new limit may have increased, I’ve asked Dawn for clarification on this.
I have found that if you search for your own name in the search box at the top of the page (in the header) you find all your pictures with their comments attached.  This search finds artists.....odd !
Please, please can we have back all the comments made on our art - have just learned that they have disappeared plus please, please can we also have back the number of visits our art has hade.   This kind of support and recognition is such  powerful encouragement.   Dawn, please can you reply letting us know what the status is on all these issues.  Thanks
Thanks Alan, you're right all the comments are still there but it seems an unnecessary change to have to find them this way.   Still leaves wanting to know how many visits you've had.   I know there's always teething problems but let's hope they can sort them out asap and reintroduce lost features.
Is there a comedian loose on the gallery? Looks like a personal art shop right now. Not much point in posting if this carries on. Either that or somebody is taking a large slice of Mickey. 10-12 items there already from one guy?
20 and counting Jim. Obviously there is no limit so inevitably this will happen! I’m sure it will be sorted shortly, clearly this can’t continue in this fashion!
