Yes Ron, that's the one I was referring to, and I could count, the person was still in the process of uploading pics, and maybe still is.   Can't blame the person involved, the system allows her to do it.  Lovely work, but I won't be commenting on 10 pics. I think I'll wait until the dust settles before I post anything. Lew.

Trouble is with all the over load of uploads, as we know your work is very soon out of sight because pages have been taken over by the multi up-loaders.

Still messing around on the new site.   I tried the HANG ON STUDIO WALL feature.  I liked Timothy Holmes portrait of a young girl posted today, and thought I hang it on the wall.  With his painting open I clicked on the 'studio wall' icon, it took me to a page telling I needed to start a gallery.   This I did, and then tried to add the painting, but it initially took me to MY computer (the folder I use for uploads), there didn't seem to be an option to take me back to the gallery. I wondered if it was necessary for me to add one of my pics to get the thing started.  I choose my profile pic, which shows me in a particularly glamorous light,  and called the 'board' (same as 'wall', I guess)...PORTRAITS.  This seemed to work, the board was created.   Nipping back into the gallery, I clicked Tim's pic, selected my new 'portraits' board...and there it is.  Works well.  Slightly confused that I needed to put one of my pics on first. Lew.

I don’t think it’s there anymore Michael, it’s a matter of scrolling down to see the different headings and work it out from there!

The Sylvia has landed....mmmmmmmm being a doggo in a manger  it’s  going to take some getting used to. I liked the old one , Twas like a pair of comfy shoes but when we had an update a couple of years ago I think I said something similar.  Seem to have lost my profile thingy , plus I wonder if the “ For Sale “ section will work.  Several of us over the years have made the comment that’s it’s not really a selling site  especially when people have muscled in with commercial stuff. Time will tell.... Any how here’s hoping .

Well I've managed to get to the forum, having a load of trouble with password, keep getting emails to reenlist, only to be taken to same page, changed password, but every time I try to comment I have to sign in again, its doing my head in, at this rate I don't think I will be posting anything. I fear this may have a detrimental effect - if there are two recent posts against different streams in the same category it will be easy to miss the earlier one. I don't have the time to check against all the categories and i can see less forum activity or am I being pessimistic?

Sylvia good point and if I recall little requests for small alterations  that have been made on the forum over time, none of it has been taken on board at all. Sad that. Not our website we now just ours to choose to use or not.
