I like this Martin, very thought provoking

This is really effective and I like the colour bleeds - they work so well.

Love your thinking around your painting Martin. I’m a great believer in fate, and the many roads and pathways that consequences of our actions and choices lead us to. We play it’s game, by making our first choice…… It’s a great representation of the tangle of roots, of life and death.

Thanks very much for taking the time to have a look and responding Heather Spencer and Fiona. Abstract works are often difficult to relate to I find

I was drawn to the colours and the interesting wet in wet effects. It's a great piece of abstract per se, but reading your note and understanding what inspired you definitely adds something.

Lovely use of shapes and space, Martin. I like the effect of the ink and watercolor intermingling.

Thanks very much Bobbie and Seok. I do appreciate your support

Everything exists as a wavelength and I’ve used wave forms many times to imply life or thoughts and now Fate. I’ve borrowed from the Norse belief in the tree of Yggdrasil and its intertwining roots of fate forever tugging in different directions. Watercolour, dip pen and Quink.
