Beautiful, you do winter scenes so well.

I really like your snow pictures, Terence. The one of the gate is a real favourite. Do you know Monet's picture of the magpie in the snow by any chance. It's so charming.

Excellent pastel work Terence, lovely blue sky as well, these pastel scenes must take you quite some time to do!

Lovely pastel scene Terence! Must dig mine out and have a go, I haven't used pastel for a while.

Lovely snow scene Harold, nice touch of warmth on the left hand verge.

Nice work Terence.I,m no good at landscape but I,m also a railway modeler, and I never worry about the rivet counters haha

Thank you all for your kind comments, it's good that so many people enjoy my work, sadly not enough buy them when I show them! Still painting keeps me out of mischief.

My apologies Terence for mis-naming you.

Fiona, I was in the army and have been called very much worse I can assure you.

This is painted on a 17" x 10" sheet of 500 grit wet and dry paper fixed to a mount board. The subject is taken from one of Tony Richards photos on www.lakelandcam.co.uk with his kind permission. Sorry about the mounts showing but I didn't remember to take it's picture till it was mounted.
