Pastel is my favourite medium and this is just lovely. The pastel support that you use is it the same as Fisher 500 if you don't mind me asking?

This was an unusual choice for me, I normally prefer to paint flowers in watercolours. I did this when our tutor could not make it to the class and her friend the well known flower painter (and an old friend of mine) Wendy Tait took over. As I only had pastels with me I had to get on with it! It's painted on 500 grit wet and dry as usual for me. Wendy isn't a great fan of pastel work but she was pleased withthis as was I. (Time to stop blowing my own trumpet!)
