Love how you’ve used those splashes of light and the way you have painted the foreground sea. The background sky and smoke merge so fluidly. A great painting Michael.

12 x 16 inches on mdf. I have painted over the original image. It has been around for long time and I was never really satisfied with it. So out with the Gesso over the weekend and a new image is born. An imagined scene, trying out different way of painting water and light.
