Acrylic on MDF 12 x 16 MDF Primed with two coats of acrylic gesso on all sides. This is fast becoming my favourite support and size to work on. A gallery recently asked if I was a "fast" painter? I'd not thought about it . This was done as a timed piece. 35 hrs sketch to varnish. Excluding meal breaks!! A Topsail schooner and a harbour tug.
